Delete your TripPay account

In the app
Open the TripPay app, go to More → Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
On the web
Sign in at trippay.com, open Settings → Delete account, enter your password and confirm. If you can no longer sign in, use the contact page, choose “Privacy request” and write from the email on your account.
What happens next
You are signed out on every device immediately, phone alerts stop and sign-in is paused. We confirm it is you, then delete your profile, trips, group membership, chat messages, check-ins and push tokens. Payment and anti-fraud records that the law requires us to keep are retained for that period only, then deleted. You receive a reference number when you ask.
