Agree the boundary

Name the owner of each record, the permitted operations and the system that confirms each outcome.

Test timeouts, duplicated requests, permission removal and provider failure as well as the successful path.

Record the tested environment, contract version, operator contacts and rollback steps. Provider activation is a separate approval.

Use a separately configured test environment. Production access requires technical review and provider approval where applicable.
